What does Yarndogs sell?
Yarndogs sells dog knitwear organized by sleeve shape, pattern, dress, hood, cardigan, and set collections.
Are the products made by Yarndogs?
Yarndogs is an independent retailer that curates and sells the listed products; do not assume every item is manufactured by Yarndogs.
Where do you ship?
Current shipping is to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Checkout currently shows $8.00 Standard and $15.00 Express. Orders totaling at least $70.00 qualify for free Standard shipping when evaluated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard transit is 2–4 business days, for an expected total of 3–6 business days. Estimates can change with weekends, holidays, weather, carrier issues, or address problems.
Will I receive tracking?
When a carrier tracking link is available, it is sent with the shipping update. Not every stage or shipment exposes a tracking link.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@yarndogs.com promptly with the order number. A change or cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment or carrier handoff begins.
What can I return?
Within 30 calendar days after delivery, an unused and undamaged item with its original accessories may qualify for a return. Damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or materially mismatched items are reviewed separately.
How do I request a return?
Email support@yarndogs.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason. We will provide the correct return address and instructions and a prepaid label for every qualifying return.
Who pays return shipping?
Yarndogs pays return shipping for every qualifying return through a prepaid label. Do not send a package to the business address without written instructions.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fee is charged for a qualifying return.
Do you offer exchanges?
No exchanges are offered through this policy. Contact us about a return and place a new order if the item is available.
When is a refund initiated?
After a qualifying return is received and inspected, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need more posting time.
What if my order is damaged, wrong, missing, or clearly different?
Email promptly with the order number and clear photos. We review the issue separately and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the circumstances.
What payment methods are accepted?
The store's payment settings support Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay; checkout may offer other methods depending on your device, location, currency, and order.

Email support@yarndogs.com with the request and the order or account context. We may verify identity, respond within the period required by applicable law, and explain any permitted denial or appeal path. GPC signals are handled through the technical controls available at the time.

How do I choose a size?
Measure your dog's neck, chest, and back length and compare those measurements with the selected product's size options. Do not rely on breed or weight alone.
What material and care information should I use?
Use the material and care notes on the selected product page. Follow its washing, drying, and storage directions; ask support before washing if an item has no care instruction.
What is included in a set?
A set includes the pieces stated on that product page. Confirm the option, quantity, and included pieces before checkout; do not infer extras from styling images.
Can I use knitwear for every dog or activity?
Choose based on the listed fit, measurements, construction, and intended everyday use. Supervise wear, stop if the garment restricts movement or causes discomfort, and do not treat knitwear as protective equipment.
