Shipping policy

Yarndogs ships to the United States 50 states and District of Columbia only. International destinations, U.S. territories, and military postal codes are not currently supported. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard transit is 2–4 business days after processing, for an expected total of 3–6 business days. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays and are estimates, not guarantees.

Rates

Standard shipping is free with no order minimum. Checkout is the source of the available rate for an eligible destination and order. Product prices do not include taxes; applicable taxes and the available shipping charge appear before you place an order.

Tracking and delivery

When a carrier tracking link is available, it is sent with the shipping update. If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, email support@yarndogs.com with your order number and delivery address.

Address changes, delays, and cancellation

Email as soon as possible for an address correction or cancellation request. Once fulfillment or carrier handoff begins, a change or cancellation may not be possible. If we cannot ship within the estimate, we will contact you with a new expected date. If the new date does not work or we cannot fulfill the order, we will offer cancellation and a timely refund as required by applicable law.

Returns summary

Within 30 calendar days after delivery, an unused and undamaged item with its original accessories may qualify for a return. Contact us before sending anything back; qualifying returns use a Yarndogs-paid prepaid label and have no restocking fee. Damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or materially mismatched items are reviewed separately and retain applicable legal remedies. Yarndogs does not offer exchanges through this policy. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
