These Terms apply to your use of Yarndogs and orders placed through yarndogs.com. Yarndogs is an independent retailer. Shopify provides the storefront and checkout platform.

Eligibility, accounts, and use

Use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Keep account details accurate and credentials private. Do not interfere with the site, probe for unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse another account, or use the Services unlawfully.

Products, descriptions, and orders

Product pages identify available options, measurements, material and care information, images, price, and availability recorded for that item. Colors may vary by screen and measurements are guidance. We may correct an obvious listing, availability, or pricing error and will contact you where appropriate. A cart does not reserve inventory; an order is accepted when checkout and payment confirmation establish it.

Price, payment, and fulfillment

Prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment, authorization, confirmation, delivery, cancellation, and refund details are described on Payment, Shipping & returns, and the Refund policy.

Intellectual property and third parties

The Yarndogs name, marks, original copy, site design, and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Yarndogs. Third-party product materials and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights. Shopify, carriers, payment partners, and external links are third-party services; their terms and availability may apply.

Disputes and legal process

Before starting a formal claim, email support@yarndogs.com with the order number and issue so we can review the facts and proposed resolution. A formal dispute remains subject to the applicable law, court or agency process, and consumer protections that apply to the transaction; these Terms do not choose a forum or waive a right that cannot be waived.

Disclaimers and changes

Information is provided for ordinary shopping use. To the extent permitted by law, Yarndogs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date.
