Delivery and rates
Standard shipping is $8; orders totaling at least $70 qualify for free Standard shipping when the order is evaluated at checkout. Express is $15.
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard transit is 2–4 business days, for an expected total of 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Within 30 calendar days after delivery, an unused and undamaged item with its original accessories may qualify for a return. Yarndogs pays return shipping and supplies a prepaid label for every qualifying return, with no restocking fee and no exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, missing a piece, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly; these issues are reviewed separately and are not limited by the change-of-mind conditions above. Do not send a package to the business correspondence address; Yarndogs supplies the correct return address and instructions. After a qualifying return is received and inspected, the refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional posting time.
Fit and care
Use the selected product's neck, chest, and back measurements to choose a size. Allow practical room for movement and do not rely on breed or weight alone.
Follow the material and care instructions on the selected product page. Supervise wear, stop if the garment restricts movement or causes discomfort, and do not treat knitwear as protective equipment.
