International destinations, U.S. territories, and military postal codes are not currently supported. Within 30 calendar days after delivery, an unused and undamaged item with its original accessories may qualify for a return. Yarndogs pays return shipping and supplies a prepaid label for every qualifying return, with no restocking fee and no exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, missing a piece, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly; these issues are reviewed separately and are not limited by the change-of-mind conditions above. Do not send a package to the business correspondence address; Yarndogs supplies the correct return address and instructions. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Use the selected product's neck, chest, and back measurements to choose a size. Allow practical room for movement and do not rely on breed or weight alone.

The catalog uses acrylic, polyester, nylon/PBT, rayon, cotton, spandex, recycled polyester, and wool in different combinations. Follow the selected item's care line—machine wash, hand wash only, cold wash, dry flat, hang dry, or low heat as listed. Supervise wear, stop if the garment restricts movement or causes discomfort, and do not treat knitwear as protective equipment.
